This website was created by Mitchell Stein's supporters who want to raise awareness of the gross injustice done to innocent people who have the courage to fight corruption and powerful entities known to be "too big to fail."
Mitchell J. Stein came out of retirement after over 20 years of professional service to his community without a blemish to his legal career. He offered to balance the scales of justice, giving homeowners across the country the hope, and the means to defend themselves against what is now known as a designed systemic fraud, intended deliberately to steal the entire equity of our wealth, our most sacred land, draining our economy and our natural resources. Leaving a bankrupt nation in its wake.
These orchestrated events, empty trusts, robo-signing, money laundering, LIBOR manipulation, offshore accounts, misappropriation of funds, fraud upon fraud upon fraud, predicted and uncovered by Mitchell Stein and alleged on behalf of homeowners across our country in cases presented on their behalf for thousands of harmed plaintiffs. We believe that the conductors of this orchestrated event are attempting to save trillions of dollars by attacking Mitchell Stein, depleting his resources, defaming his character, ruining his reputation, confiscating all files of his Firm’s clients/plaintiffs, and physically preventing him from performing his professional obligation to his clients. As a result, Mr. Stein is now incarcerated, potentially facing life imprisonment for crimes he did not commit.
This is a plea by Mitchell Stein's supporters to raise awareness about the failings of the criminal justice system. Wrongful imprisonment and prosecutorial misconduct are intolerable, and we continue to support Mitchell Stein in his fight for justice and freedom.
